training

Profile:

ud+m are specialists in delivering thought provoking, bespoke training. Our events can contribute to CPD and can be used to support "Localism" by helping to develop local skills and knowledge. ud+m trainers are all experienced practitioners, researchers and academics with expertise in delivering training for both experienced and non-designers. Our recent market research shows us to be amongst the most competitively priced training providers in the UK.

Services:

Our training events combine theoretical knowledge, up to date legislation/guidance and practical case study experience. No prior knowledge of design or the planning system is required. Using contemporary learning and training techniques our courses are hands-on. We provide key information and enhance the learning experience by assisting the participants in applying that information to a local situation or site.

Courses:

Our training is informed by a professional understanding of current development, planning and design issues. We provide a customised range of events. Courses are delivered as full day or half day in-house workshops, or 3 hour evening or Saturday morning sessions for up to 30 attendees.
Our courses are recognised by the Urban Design Group.
